Shipments
We ship all over the world. Packages are generally shipped within 4/5 weeks of ordering, unless they are custom-made products or with special finishes, in which case we will inform you of the delivery date at the time of ordering.
All our shipments are made with TNT, SDA, Fercam.
Shipments are trackable.
At the time of shipment, the tracking code is sent, through which you can follow the progress of the shipment 24H/24.
DELIVERY TO THE FLOOR
Delivery to the floor is provided at a surcharge.
ORDER INSURANCE
All shipments are insured against damage or loss. The insurance is free of charge and will be valid until the goods are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer. Therefore, in order to guarantee the service, it is your responsibility to actually collect the order. We suggest that you organize yourself in advance and possibly get in touch with our Customer Care if you are not in a position to pick up your order.
DETAILS ON SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE EU
Each order is accompanied by an invoice indicating the price paid. This is valid for all non-EU countries and, by law, it is not possible to declare a price different from the one paid or that it is a gift;
Customs costs (taxes, duties): Shipments can be with shipper (DDP) or recipient (DDU) duties depending on the destination country. In the case of DDU shipments: for non-EU countries you do not pay VAT on the price of the goods but it is necessary to pay the relevant local import and/or customs clearance taxes
The boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are well protected.
