1. Introduction

Welcome to. These general conditions of sale, in their formulation in force at the time of the order, regulate and bind the relationships between Bonanno Dress Home and the Consumer through the website www.bonannodresshome.it.

By using the Site and making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms").

3. Object

These Terms govern the sale of products (hereinafter "Products") present on the Site. Each purchase made through the Site implies the stipulation of a sales contract between the Customer (hereinafter "Customer" or "You") and the Seller .

4. Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order on the Site, the Customer accepts these Terms and undertakes to respect them. If you disagree with any of the clauses, please do not use the Site to make any purchases.

5. Registration

To make a purchase, the Customer may be required to register by providing accurate and complete information. The Customer is responsible for protecting his password and the activities that occur under his account.

6. Product Information

The Bonanno Dress Home Staff undertakes a constant and careful review of the contents of the Site.

The photographs, technical data sheets and descriptions of the Products are accurate and based on information provided to us by manufacturers and suppliers. However, there is also a verification burden on the Customer.

The Customer must check the descriptive contents of the products, take note and recognize that the products being sold may have, for example, a slightly different color tone from those of the photos on the site, in particular with regard to ceramic products. 

Since these are chromatic discrepancies tolerated in the trade of ceramic products and impossible to predict and/or prevent, it is understood between the parties that the delivery of material of a slightly different shade compared to the photos viewed online or in the catalog does not constitute a breach of duty by the Seller. 

7. Prices and Payment Methods

All Product prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, which depend on weight, volume and delivery location, are calculated and added to the order total at checkout. 

Bonanno Dress Home issues an electronic invoice and a copy of the same is sent via courier when the Products are handed over to the courier for shipping. For the issuing of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer is valid. No changes to the data will be possible after the invoice has been issued. The invoice will be sent by courier together with the purchased products.

Payment for the purchased Products is made by credit card according to the following methods: 

For payments, we use the Stripe platform which accepts all major credit and debit cards from customers from all over the world (Visa / Mastercard / American Express).

Stripe is an external platform for online payments that allows you to make payments with debit cards, rechargeable cards or credit cards, etc.

You don't need to create a Stripe account (though recommended). Stripe supports 3D Secure for every payment and meets the most stringent online security requirements.

Stripe is certified as a PCI Level 1 compliant service provider.

For each transaction carried out using this method, a confirmation email will be sent by Stripe.

The amount of the order is debited from the current account connected to the credit card upon confirmation of the order.

Stripe prevents fraudulent activity by detecting any suspicious activity and also works with Global Partners Networks and Credit Card Networks to monitor fraudulent activity.

The Customer may use the currency of the country in which he resides. The availability of other currencies depends on where the current account connected to the credit/debit card is located.

In case of cancellation, the amount will be refunded to the current account connected to the Customer's credit card.

Bonanno Dress Home declines any responsibility for disputes relating to purchases. All disputes are handled directly by Stripe.

All transactions are processed via a secure server, guaranteeing customers maximum data protection.

Buy now, pay in 3 installments with Klarna

When purchasing, you can also select the payment method in 3 installments with Klarna, which is subject to a credit check. If you choose this payment option, you accept these Terms.

How does it work:

When paying, use a valid debit or credit card in your name. You must be at least 18 years old, resident in Italy and able to enter into a legally binding contract.

The first payment is charged at the time of purchase or shipping date, while the next 2 payments are automatically charged 30 and 60 days after the initial payment. Klarna will notify you electronically of deadlines, which can be viewed in the Klarna app.

With Pay in 3 installments there are no interest costs or commissions if you stick to your automatic payment plan. If you are late in paying, Klarna may charge late fees. In case of non-payment, the amount of the installment will be added to the next installment together with any late fees.

If you cancel your purchase or return your items, we will notify Klarna and they will automatically waive the amount due. If you return an order that has already been paid for, Klarna will refund you the full amount.

During the purchase process, you can select the bank transfer option as the payment method. Once the credit has been received, the goods will be shipped regularly.

8. Orders

Once an order has been placed, the Customer will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order, but only confirmation of receipt. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including Product availability, errors in pricing or Product description.

9. Shipping and Delivery

The product will be delivered to the address indicated at the time of purchase.  

Bonanno Dress Home offers various solutions:

The product may be delivered via Express Courier or other logistics and transport company; 

The product can be collected directly by the Customer free of charge at the Bonanno Dress Home warehouse located in Misilmeri (PA)

The order will be shipped once payment has been received. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and availability of the Product. 

The date and price of delivery of the goods, in the case of a heavy load, will be set by mutual agreement between the customer and the carrier. 

If the Customer intends to postpone delivery, it is his responsibility to communicate this to the Seller and any storage costs will be borne by him.

Bonanno Dress Home does not consider itself responsible in cases where, due to disservices due to causes of force majeure, it is unable to execute the order within the expected times, nor does it consider itself responsible for disservices or malfunctions, beyond its control, connected to the use of the internet.

Furthermore, Bonanno Dress Home assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illicit use by third parties. 

Under no circumstances will the Customer be held responsible for delays or misunderstandings in payment if he proves that he has made the payment within the times and methods indicated by the Seller.

10. Right of Withdrawal 

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the Products, without having to provide any reason. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication via email to ordini@bonannodresshome.it and return the Products in the same conditions in which they were received, with original packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

11. Returns and Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned Products, we will refund the amount paid by the Customer, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction.

12. Guarantees and Complaints

All Products sold on the Site are covered by a legal guarantee of conformity of the manufacturer in favor of consumers (pursuant to articles 128 and following of the Consumer Code), starting from the date of delivery of the goods, without prejudice to other legal provisions in the event that the buyer has a VAT number.

The costs of returning the product, only in the case of right of withdrawal, will be borne by the Customer; while, in cases of return of goods due to damage or defect of the product, they remain the responsibility of the seller.

For return purposes, it is mandatory to attach a copy of the invoice to the goods and address it to SO.C.EDIL DI BONANNO GIOVANNI & C.SAS, Via dei Mulini 47-90036 Misilmeri (PA).

The legal guarantee is not applicable to repairs of damage caused by external causes or errors by the Customer. 

For any complaint, the Consumer must write to the email address: ordini@bonannodresshome.it, communicating: order/invoice number, product and code of the same, quantity, subject and description of the complaint attaching photographic documentation

13. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. 

Any changes will be published on the Site and will take effect immediately from the date of publication. 

The Customer is invited to periodically consult the Terms to stay updated on any changes.

14. Applicable Law and Competent Court

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from these Terms or from the use of the Site, the Court of Palermo will have exclusive jurisdiction.
