1.1 How can I contact you for product support?

1.2 How can I make a return or exchange and how long will it take?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can decide to return one or more items. If you have changed your mind about an item or intend to exchange it for a different one (if available in stock), the return will be at your expense and you will have to proceed with a new order.

Pursuant to Article 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 06/09/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are custom-made, personalized or that due to their structure, cannot be returned, risk deteriorating quickly or may be damaged. In the event that the product on sale falls into one of the cases referred to in art. 59 described above, the Website will report this indication with the phrase "Right of withdrawal not applicable" in the product sheet. Customers are invited to always check for the presence of this wording.

The items you intend to return must be in original condition, properly packaged and packed. For shipping, use the same protective cardboard box in which you received your order. In case this is not possible, use an equally secure protective box. In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, you can replace it with the same item, if available in stock, or ask for a refund. Please contact our Customer Service by writing to ordini@bonannodresshome.it within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order. We will arrange the collection with one of our couriers and provide you with all the information. In this case, Bonanno Dress Home will reimburse you for the cost of the item and will take care of the shipping costs. Both in the case of voluntary return and return due to defect or non-conformity, remember to include a copy of the transport document in the package, which will be sent to you by email by our Customer Service and in which you must highlight the returned products and the reason for the return."

1.3 How is the refund processed?

The return of one or more products will result in a full refund of the cost of the item(s), excluding shipping costs to our warehouse. Only in the case of a defective or non-conforming product, Bonanno Dress Home will take care of all shipping costs. The refund will be made by crediting back to the payment method you used at the time of purchase. We will provide a refund once the arrival of the package at our warehouse is confirmed.
